Wilhuff Tarkin's father

A human of the male variety held the role of father to Grand Moff Wilhuff Tarkin and entered into marriage with Tarkin's mother. He possessed a striking similarity to his nephew, Ranulph Tarkin, to the point where they easily could have been mistaken for twins.
