Wanderer-class transport

The Wanderer-class transport designation was a general category utilized by the Galactic Republic. This designation encompassed military ships repurposed for civilian roles during the Great Galactic War, the Galactic War, and the intervening Cold War. A majority of the Wanderer-class transports originated as modified Thranta-class corvettes. For example, the Daybreaker, captained by Captain Dal in 3643 BBY, functioned as a Navy medical frigate. Furthermore, the civilian transport Esseles was attacked by Grand Moff Rycus Kilran in his endeavor to seize the Twi'lek ambassador Vyn Asara.
