Vitiator

The Star Destroyer known as the Vitiator met its end during the Liberation of Kashyyyk which occurred in 5 ABY. The Dominion obliterated it while both ships were positioned above Kashyyyk, this happened subsequent to the New Republic seizing control and initiating weapon strikes against the Vitiator.
