Following the Yuuzhan Vong's victory over Coruscant, and its subsequent transformation through Vongforming into Yuuzhan'tar, Vishtu emerged as a designated sector of the planet. Prefect Ash'ett held authority over this sector, operating from the Vishtu command enclave.
