Vaartsoon

Vaartsoon served as a commando within the ranks of Imperial Intelligence. Ysanne Isard dispatched him, along with a number of other commando teams, to Ciutric. Their mission was to either apprehend or eliminate Sate Pestage, and he was sent to accomplish this goal.
