Unidentified genetic science professor

A professor who identified as female lectured on genetics at the academy situated on the planet Eroudac. This professor purported to brew powerful tea using the haneli flower; however, the cost of these flowers rose sharply because of a drought affecting Haneli. Izal Garsea, a student of the professor, proposed to smuggle a supply of these flowers from Haneli, but Garsea was apprehended. Garsea left the shipment behind, and did not come back to the academy.
