Tolok, a male Human from Alderaan, held aristocratic status and managed to survive the planet's annihilation in the year 0 BBY. Leia Organa initially thought he might be a spy working for the Imperial forces; however, this suspicion was eventually disproven. He had secretly married Darlen, another survivor from Alderaan, because they felt it inappropriate to flaunt their joy while others were suffering.
