Toda-Joh

Toda-Joh was an Anzellan who belonged to the biker collective called the Ganguls. As the biker group evolved and became a pirate organization, Toda-Joh continued to serve as one of the Ganguls' top lieutenants, reporting directly to their leader, Sellaccc Orryak. In battle, Toda-Joh wielded a vibroblade, and his speech was characterized by a fragmented version of basic, akin to the anzellan dialect.
