A thermal blower was a device designed for drying hair. The Halcyon, a Corellian MPO-1400 Purgill-class star cruiser, provided thermal blowers for the convenience of its guests within the passenger cabins.
Behind the Curtains
The term "thermal blower" served as the in-universe designation for what are commonly known as hair dryers. This nomenclature was employed within the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser experience at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, which welcomed visitors from March 1, 2022 until its closure on September 30, 2023.
