Sukalan was a world of the terrestrial type, a planet that served as the location for the Temple of Elujoji. As a war neared its end, a conflict between the Jedi clans and the Sith, the Jedi named Shogun experienced a vision. In this vision, a god referred to as the Father instructed them to journey to Sukalan and explore the temple there, promising they would discover "truth." Some Years passed, and Shogun encountered the Ronin, formerly a Sith. Shogun recounted the vision of the Father and explained that they were still actively seeking this planet, Sukalan, which was entirely unknown to them. The Ronin recognized the temple's name, but was unaware of its whereabouts.
The comic Visions 1, a non-canon work, featured Sukalan. Takashi Okazaki both wrote and illustrated it. Marvel Comics released it on October 12, 2022.
