Spectacillin

Spectacilin, a medication employed in the final years of the Galactic Republic and the initial years of the Galactic Empire, particularly throughout the Clone Wars, functioned as a wide-ranging RNA polymerase inhibitor. This enabled it to eradicate both highly potent Drongaran illnesses and minor infections.
