Shayne Gerrare was a Cerean male who made his home on the planet of Gadrin as the Galactic Republic neared its end, during its final years.
Biography
Serving as the R&D head for Spirited Spirits back in 31 BBY, he was the creator of the well-known Double-Dip Outer Rim Rumdrop. He lived by himself and had incorporated crucial security measures into his house.
Gerrare made the choice to become a member of the Cularin resistance, possibly possessing connections within the Hiironi irstat who were able to furnish the resistance with the coordinates of a viable base of operations. Somehow, the Metatheran Cartel became aware of the resistance group and Gerrare's intentions to align with them, leading them to attempt his capture before he could. A resistance unit intervened and rescued him, thwarting their attempt. The confrontation resulted in scorch marks being left on the front entrance of his house.
