Service Yard

The Service Yard, a rough-and-tumble area, existed in Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu. This yard, which functioned as a backstage area for the Droid Depot, was positioned between the Milk Stand on Merchant Row and the Droid Depot inside the outpost's Land Port, offering an oil bath and a droid repair facility. Previously, the yard contained public bathing facilities; by 34 ABY, it offered public refreshers equipped for the majority of humanoid species. A wall featured a decoration: an Imperial probe droid seized by local Batuuans during the Imperial Era. Patrons could tune into the BSO 401.72 radio station while in the yard. In the yard's center was a tall antenna, connected to several cables and other tech, which operated as a key communications relay.
