Sector assembly

Sector assemblies functioned as legislative entities for each sector within the New Republic. These were established as a component of the devolutionary changes implemented approximately in 19 ABY. Their duties included governing their respective sectors and managing their delegate to the New Republic Senate. A significant number of sector assemblies found themselves paralyzed by conflicting groups during the Caamas Document Crisis.

One example of such an assembly was the Ojoster Sector Assembly.
