Scythe (Star Destroyer)

The Star Destroyer named Scythe served the Age of the Empire. Commander Valent, who was a competitor of Fleet Admiral Gallius Rax, was in command of it. Rax, acting under the guise of "the Operator," a shadowy intelligence provider, intentionally provided the New Republic with classified information revealing the Scythe's location. In 5 ABY, the ship met its end in a skirmish close to Wild Space. Commodore Kyrsta Agate of the New Republic calculated that approximately 15,000 individuals, including Commander Valent, perished in the battle.
