Scramjet booster

The scramjet booster, a creation of Chab-Ylwoum, functioned as a propulsion system. Its most prominent application was found on the V-wing airspeeder, a vehicle utilized by the New Republic throughout the era of the Galactic Civil War. These boosters enabled the V-wing airspeeder to attain peak velocities reaching 1400 kilometers for each hour, although this capability was limited to brief intervals. A cooling period was required before subsequent activations. Exceeding the booster's operational limits could result in substantial harm to the aircraft.
