Sauvax (language)

The original language of the Sauvax species, hailing from Leritor, was known as Sauvax. Because their mouths possessed a sophisticated structure, they could articulate nearly all the sounds required for common tongues like Basic.

Because interactions with the wider galactic community were sporadic, only a few Sauvax achieved fluency in both their native Sauvax language and Basic. However, their literacy was confined solely to their own language.
