A male Inquisitor named Sancor, a humanoid, was in the service of the Galactic Empire.
Sancor, in conjunction with a fellow Inquisitor known as Malorum, was tasked by Darth Vader to gather intelligence regarding the medical installation situated on Polis Massa. His investigation included every available record, encompassing data from supply logs to the memory stores of medical droid units.
Some months following the establishment of the Galactic Empire, Sancor made arrangements to meet with Osh Scal, who served as the facility's medical supply officer. Unbeknownst to him, the individual he met was not the actual Osh Scal, but rather Obi-Wan Kenobi in disguise, attempting to keep the birth information of the Skywalker twins a secret from the Sith. Kenobi's deception was short-lived, and Sancor brandished a blaster at him. Sancor then fled the records office carrying a crucial data disk, leading Kenobi into a large medical theater that was dimly lit. Sancor then launched an attack against the Jedi in the theater using a wrist rocket, but the projectile missed and struck the operating platform Sancor was standing upon. The platform gave way, causing Sancor to fall onto a table laden with sharp medical instruments, resulting in his death. This ultimately led to Vader remaining ignorant of the existence of his son and daughter, both of whom had been successfully concealed from him.
Sancor's physical appearance included a small humanoid form, beady eyes, elongated fingers, and a set of antennae that would twitch when he was agitated. He typically wore dark robes that were noticeably too large for his diminutive frame.
