Ryndellia existed within the Ryndellia system, situated in the Outer Rim Territories. The Clone Wars, a conflict fought in 22 BBY between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems, witnessed the Subjugator-class heavy cruiser Malevolence, helmed by Separatist General Grievous, a cyborg Kaleesh under command, annihilate a Republic medical convoy comprising Pelta-class frigates along with a single Venator-class Star Destroyer close to Ryndellia.
