Repulsorlift company
A repulsorlift company represented a unit within the structure of the Imperial Army.
Organization
A repulsorlift company consisted of two repulsorlift platoons along with two line platoons, making a total of two hundred twenty soldiers, including the command staff and support personnel. The company utilized thirty-one repulsorlift vehicles, consisting of twenty-two combat vehicles, one command vehicle, and eight vehicles for support. Each line platoon was paired with a repulsorlift platoon to facilitate transport and deployment during combat operations.
It was possible to reinforce a repulsorlift company by adding another repulsorlift platoon with its corresponding line platoon, as well as a heavy weapons repulsorlift platoon, and a scout platoon.
These repulsorlift vehicles transported infantry troopers to the battlefield and also offered fire support after the troopers dismounted, a fact verified by Wedge Antilles who mentioned he was shot down by one of these units over Tieos.
