Rathalay

Rathalay, a world celebrated for its extensive, exclusive shorelines, existed within the Mid Rim region and is classified as a planet. A key export from this planet was the Rathalayan firestones.

As a condition of his arrangement to join the New Republic, Grand Admiral Grant was granted permission to reside in a villa on this planet, although Jan Ors maintained surveillance over him.

Kaerobani and the Lumini Pirates also had their base on this world. Within Kaerobani's hideout, Mara Jade successfully recovered a pilfered Jedi Holocron before making her escape. The affluent planet attracted a large number of tourists. The Solo family even took a short respite on Rathalay during the Black Fleet Crisis in an attempt to get away from Leia Organa Solo's political duties.
