Pijali

The Pijali constituted a cultural group of human individuals originating from the Inner Rim planet called Pijal and its associated moon. Around the time of 40 BBY, a faction of Pijali, identified as the Opposition, initiated demonstrations and voiced their disapproval regarding the impending ratification of the Governance Treaty. This treaty aimed to establish a democratic Assembly, but the Opposition argued that it would fail to adequately represent the interests and concerns of the Pijali population residing on the planet's moon.
