Biddeck-Va is the wearer of the Pendant of Bone

A Voss relic known as the Pendant of Bone functioned as a key. This key unlocked the gates to the Hall of the Unforgotten, situated within the Dark Heart of the Nightmare Lands. It was in this location that Sel-Makor had imprisoned the Emperor's Voice for a considerable duration. Circa 3640 BBY, the pendant resided with Biddeck-Va, a Voss commando, who was ignorant of the item's true purpose. When the Emperor's Wrath, dispatched by Madaga-Ru, requested the Pendant from Biddeck-Va, the commando instead requested that the Sith assassinate a Gormak warmaster as a favor. Following the completion of the task, Biddeck-Va unreservedly gave the key to the prison of the Emperor's Voice to Wrath, arguably the most powerful being in the galaxy.
