Parsel, a Weequay of the male persuasion, belonged to the pirate gang led by Hondo Ohnaka. He functioned as a copilot for Hondo, operating one of Hondo's ships. Distinguishing features of Parsel included a tattoo adorning his left arm, combat-style boots, and a vibrant red scarf concealing his mouth.
