Overbridge (Death Star I)

The primary command center and bridge of the Galactic Empire's initial moon-scale battle station, the DS-1 Death Star Mobile Battle Station, was the Overbridge, sometimes referred to as the war room. This space contained work areas for Death Star Troopers, including "Tulip" style Imperial work stations, a sizable five-sided viewscreen displaying the operational status of the Death Star superlaser (the), and specified positions for Imperial officers' including Grand Moff Wilhuff Tarkin, as well as a HoloNet booth used for communication with the Emperor. Adjacent to it was a conference room.
