Overbridge (Death Star I)

The primary command hub and bridge of the Galactic Empire's initial moon-scale battle station, officially designated DS-1 Death Star Mobile Battle Station, was the Overbridge, sometimes referred to as the war room. Inside, Death Star Troopers manned stations, including "Tulip" style Imperial work stations, and a sizable five-sided viewscreen showed the operational condition of the Death Star superlaser. Furthermore, it contained assigned locations for key personnel like Grand Moff Wilhuff Tarkin and other Imperial officers, along with a HoloNet booth used to communicate with the Emperor. Adjacent to the Overbridge was a conference room.
