Oniho Zaya
Oniho Zaya was a youngling male human employed as a stable hand for Bargwill Tomder at the fathier stables located in Canto Bight. In the time of the First Order-Resistance War, he told stories to other street children—like Temiri Blagg and Arashell Sar—about Luke Skywalker, a Jedi Master, and his solitary stand against the First Order's forces during the Battle of Crait.
Behind the scenes
The initial appearance of Oniho Zaya was in Star Wars: Episode VIII The Last Jedi, a 2017 movie and the second installment of the Star Wars sequel trilogy. Rian Johnson directed the film, and Josiah Oniha played the part of Zaya; the character's name comes from the actor's own name. In the film's credits, the actor was listed as "Stable Kid".
