Behind the scenes
A LEGO set featuring NI-L8 was launched in 2021. The packaging of this set illustrated the droid in a TIE Fighter hangar on the second Death Star, working with a stormtrooper and a TIE fighter pilot. Later, the droid was featured in the animated special LEGO Star Wars Terrifying Tales, with Mary Elizabeth McGlynn providing the droid's voice.
