Moon Islands
The group of seven islands known as the Moon Islands existed within the Moon Channel of the planet Tython. These islands were distributed along a stretch of one hundred kilometers that separated the continents of Kato Zakar and Talss. Both Ban Landing and a comparable port city situated on Talss facilitated routine ship transit across the channel, according to a set timetable.
Behind the scenes
The 2013 Legends novel Dawn of the Jedi: Into the Void, authored by Tim Lebbon, marked the initial reference to the Moon Islands, alongside the audiobook version of the same title.
