Equipped with a small targeting computer and mounted on tri-pods, these cannons boasted considerable firepower and extended range. Their placement occurred throughout the city of Theed on the planet Naboo. During the invasion, on multiple occasions, the Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi commandeered these cannons, redirecting their fire against the Trade Federation's B1-series battle droid army.
