Miriskin

Miriskin was a type of fabric designed to be worn as a neck covering. It supposedly consisted of the hide of an ysalamir, and people asserted it could prevent a Jedi from using their abilities on the wearer. In reality, the miriskin was a scam designed to swindle naive individuals; only living ysalamiri possessed the ability to repel the Force. Quite often, these miriskin items weren't even constructed from the actual animals.
