MG7-A proton torpedo
The MG7-A proton torpedo was a specific model of proton torpedo that was created by Krupx, a company specializing in weapons production. The Resistance utilized a smaller-scale variant of this torpedo during their conflict against the First Order; their T-70 X-wing starfighters were capable of carrying eight of these torpedoes concurrently. In the Battle of Starkiller Base, the Resistance launched numerous MG7-A torpedoes to bombard the thermal oscillator of Starkiller Base, aiming to disable the devastating superweapon.
Characteristics
Contained within a housing designed to pierce armor, the proton torpedo included a proton warhead and a gyro for guidance. An armor power shell was connected to the front of this assembly.
