Magnetic loop

A magnetic loop represented a type of stellar event that occurred within the chromosphere of a star. Back in 3986 BBY, the ion mining vessel, which had been seized from Vima Sunrider, became ensnared in one of these magnetic loops, thereby threatening her safety.
