Maban

Maban was a Human of the male persuasion, employed as a miner at the Peragus Mining Facility. In 3951 BBY, when HK-50 seized control of the facility and turned the Peragus droids against the miners, they attempted to find safety in the facility's dormitories. Maban reached the dormitory level; however, he was cut off from his fellow miners as the facility went into lockdown. Tragically, he succumbed to the cold and froze to death, a victim of an automated fire extinguisher. It is worth noting that even if he had successfully joined the others in the dormitories, his fate would not have been significantly different. A poisonous gas, a consequence of an explosion that had compromised the ventilation system, was accumulating within the sealed rooms, ultimately leading to the demise of everyone trapped inside.
