Kotal-De's life ended during the Galactic War; he was a male Voss commando native to the planet Voss. Circa 3640 BBY, he commanded a commando unit that ventured into the Gorma-Koss with the objective of capturing Jokull, who was the Gormak king. He died during this operation.
