Koiogra is a planet where Chass na Chadic, a pilot from the New Republic, once traveled. During her time on Koiogra, she came across a recording of Jyn Erso's address given before the Battle of Scarif, which led her to remember meeting the rebel on Uchinao approximately a year before.
