The Kelrodoans represented a sapient race that originated on the world of Kelrodo-Ai. In 17 BBY, amidst the Western Reaches Operation, Galactic Empire troops assaulted Kelrodo-Ai, leading to the assignment of multiple Kelrodoans, notably the warrior leader Fara, as caretakers for the aviators within the Empire's Sword Squadron.
