A species, the same one to which Keena belonged, was native to a world within the galaxy. A number of individuals from this species were employed as young workers in a factory located on their home planet.
This species walked on two legs, possessed hands with three fingers each, and had heads that were round in shape. Their skin exhibited a purple hue, accented by darker areas situated beneath their eyes. Distinctive features included sizable, circular eyes featuring black irises, petite, circular black eyebrows, dense black hair, and rounded ears of a pink color. During their childhood, they were of a comparatively diminutive stature, being shorter than the majority of human children.
Individuals of this species typically styled their hair in an updo, often arranged in either a single or double configuration. Their attire consisted of items such as gray or blue garments that reached to the knee, along with lengths of fabric wrapped around their legs. They communicated using a local variant of Galactic Basic Standard specific to their planet.
The creation of Keena's species occurred for the short film titled "Screecher's Reach," which appeared within the second volume of the Star Wars: Visions anthology, though its name was never explicitly stated.
