Item 357

The changes to acquisition rules known as Item 357 were developed collaboratively by Jacen Solo alongside HM-3. This modification was approved within the Galactic Alliance's Policy and Resources Council, which subsequently enabled Solo to broaden his influence in enacting future legislation.
