Independent Systems Alliance

An alternative concept for governing the galaxy, known as the Independent Systems Alliance, was suggested after the Battle of Endor as a different path from the New Republic or the Galactic Empire. In the months that followed, Jas Emari, a bounty hunter, overheard discussions about creating this Independent Systems Alliance, especially as the Republic struggled with negative publicity due to the events that happened on Liberation Day.
