Hull skimming

Hull skimming, a maneuver employed by starfighters, involved flying extremely close to a capital ship, typically within approximately five meters of the hull. This technique aimed to achieve pinpoint precision when attacking critical components, while simultaneously making it harder for the ship's defenses to target the fighters.
