Hologlide J57 cam droids, which possessed the capability to record video, were a variety of hovering droid. These droids had several cameras, a transmission antenna, and a repulsor wing. A mini-reactor supplied power to the droids. A number of J57 units saw action on the planet Tatooine, where they were used to film the Boonta Eve Classic podracing competition.
