Hizram Riean operated as a bounty hunter within the galaxy.
Following 0 BBY, a spacer in the employ of Bib Fortuna guided Romo Vax to the location of Jabba's Palace. However, unbeknownst to this spacer, Hizram Riean, a relentless bounty hunter, was in pursuit of Romo. Bib Fortuna, displeased by this situation, presented the spacer with a single opportunity: locate and neutralize the bounty hunter before he could reach Romo Vax. Eager to avoid the displeasure of Jabba, the spacer accepted the mission.
By this point, Hizram Riean, accompanied by two of his henchmen, was approaching Jabba's Palace. The spacer, however, intervened in time, successfully eliminating both thugs and Hizram himself.
Within the MMORPG Star Wars Galaxies, Hizram Riean appeared as a Non-Player Character (NPC). He featured in a series of quests that were collectively known as "Jabba's Themepark." Players were tasked by Bib Fortuna to eliminate Hizram before he could reach Romo Vax. Ultimately, Hizram Riean was removed from the game when "Jabba's Themepark" was drastically changed during the "New Game Enhancements" update of 2005.
