Ghorus Mel was a male individual who made his living as a buccaneer.
Mel, along with some of his fellow adventurers, at one point stumbled upon a hidden treasure trove located on the cometary body known as Resh 9376, which was in proximity to the shadowy space station of Point Nadir. Within this cache, he deemed the most remarkable item to be the Fell Star, a very old pendant that was imbued with the Force. While celebrating their find, Mel and his comrades became intoxicated, which led to a dispute over the allocation of the most prized possessions. Mel sustained serious injuries and was forced to flee, ultimately arriving at Point Nadir. Despite this, he was unable to go back to the cache to claim his portion of the loot.
