Gartro egg salad

Gartro egg salad represented a particular variety of salad. This dish was made within the walls of Dex's Diner, a restaurant situated on the galactic capital planet known as Coruscant. The Besalisk culinary expert Dexter Jettster was the proprietor of this establishment until it met its end in 19 BBY.
