First Anthology
The Star Wars Customizable Card Game's First Anthology was initially made available in May of 1997.
Within each set, you would find a pair of Premiere starter decks with white borders, a pair of A New Hope expansion packs, a pair of Hoth expansion packs, along with the 11-card premium Jedi Pack. Furthermore, six preview cards, also with white borders, were included:
- Commander Wedge Antilles
- Boba Fett
- Jabba's Influence
- X-Wing Assault Squadron
- Hit and Run
- Death Star Assault Squadron
Subsequently, all six of these cards were re-released as black-bordered versions within the Special Edition set.
The First Anthology came packaged in a long box, capable of holding 800 cards, that was entirely black and displayed the Star Wars Customizable Card Game logo on its top.
