Theomet Danlé was a lieutenant within the Royal Naboo Security Forces, and a male Human. Born into a mining family, he chose a different path by serving in Theed, Naboo's capital city. He was eventually assigned as a bodyguard to Senator Padmé Amidala. The Separatist Crisis had effects on Danlé's family as it spread across the Galactic Republic. Jamillia, the then-Queen of Naboo, opened the planet's borders to refugees from across the galaxy, which strained the ports and negatively impacted the Danlés' mining operations.
The Danlé family fell into poverty, and his grandfather passed away, turning him into a vocal critic of the Queen's policies. Making matters more difficult, Amidala, whom he was sworn to protect, supported Jamillia's decisions. One evening, feeling betrayed and disillusioned, Danlé allowed a journalist access to the Senator's J-type diplomatic barge to install a listening device. Unbeknownst to him, the journalist was actually a bounty hunter, and the device was actually an explosive, which was detonated later. Danlé was killed in the explosion, but Amidala avoided death by using her handmaiden as a decoy.

The Human male Theomet Danlé, born into a Kwilaan-based family who had engaged in mining on Naboo and its moons for more than eight generations, desired a career different from his family's. He applied and was accepted into the Royal Naboo Security Forces, demonstrating exceptional aptitude and physical abilities. Although initially struggling to depart from his family's traditional profession, he performed admirably while stationed in Theed, and he sent a portion of his earnings back to his family on Kwilaan. He eventually became a lieutenant serving Senator Padmé Amidala, the representative for the Chommell sector in the Galactic Senate.
As the growing Separatist Crisis destabilized the Galactic Republic, Jamillia, the queen of Naboo, opened her borders, offering sanctuary to refugees displaced by the secession of planets to the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Consequently, outlying ports such as Kwilaan were strained, which negatively impacted Naboo's mining industry. Danlé's family was severely affected by this development and became dependent on his income. However, the money was insufficient, leading to poverty and the death of Danlé's grandfather due to a decline in his living conditions. This devastated his family and shook Danlé's confidence in both his monarch and Amidala, who supported Jamillia's policies.

In 22 BBY, Danlé went to a local bar one night and began drinking, which loosened his tongue. He began loudly criticizing Jamillia and Amidala in the crowded establishment, drawing the attention of a woman who claimed to be a local journalist. The journalist stated that she wanted to expose Amidala and required access to the senator's J-type diplomatic barge to do so. Showing poor judgment, and possibly influenced by the woman's appearance, Danlé agreed and allowed the journalist to board the ship to install what he thought was a listening device. He was unaware that the journalist was actually Zam Wesell, a bounty hunter hired to assassinate Amidala.
When the senator traveled to Coruscant to vote against the Military Creation Act, Danlé was on the barge. As it landed on a landing platform and passengers disembarked, Wesell remotely detonated the "listening device," which was actually a powerful explosive. The resulting explosion destroyed the ship, killing Danlé. However, the senator was not on board; instead, one of her handmaidens, Cordé, had taken her place and died in her stead.
Danlé, an individual with both skill and talent, initially excelled as a security guard. However, over time, he allowed his personal emotions, particularly those stemming from Jamillia's refugee policies that led to the death of his grandfather and his family's impoverishment, to interfere with his duties. He turned to alcohol during his desperation, and his dissatisfaction with his senator nearly resulted in her assassination on Coruscant. He had light skin and a height of 1.82 meters.
Danlé was equipped with the standard uniform and helmet of a Royal Naboo Security Force member, and he carried a blaster pistol.
The character Theomet Danlé made his debut as the "Naboo Lieutenant" in the 2002 prequel trilogy film, Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones. Steve John Shepherd portrayed him. Later, "winstonvalleyjedi" identified the character and developed a storyline for him through the "What's The Story?" feature on StarWars.com's Hyperspace.
