Dunsenn

The dunsenn was a massive, fish-like species native to the planet Naboo. Gungans utilized these creatures as aerial troop transports, known as FlopCarriers, by attaching troop-carrying containers to their undersides.

Dunsenn. The dunsenn's physique was essentially a giant, balloon-like structure, which allowed it to float in the atmosphere. It would draw in water through its gills and then propel itself forward by expelling air via specialized funnels. Once it achieved flight, it used its powerful rudder-like tail for propulsion and navigated with several large, feather-shaped fins. Additionally, the front lateral fins could emit jets of cold water, which helped to regulate the dunsenn's body temperature while airborne under the intense sunlight.
