Eye of Horak-mul
The Eye of Horak-mul is a Sith artifact that was once possessed by Horak-mul, a Sith Lord. Horak-mul existed during the decline of the Sith Empire. This golden prosthetic replaced Horak-mul's right eye and was created for the Sith before his death at the Battle of Khar Delba in 5000 BBY. Sometime before 3963 BBY, Celeste Morne, a Shadow (a secret operative) from the Jedi order known as the Jedi Covenant, obtained the artifact.
Behind the scenes
The comic series Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi – The Golden Age of the Sith initially featured the Eye of Horak-mul in its third issue in 1996. However, the artifact's name wasn't revealed until the twenty-fifth issue of the Knights of the Old Republic comic series, which occurred in 2008.
