EX-8C

EX-8C, also known as Atesee, functioned as an EX droid and was part of Outer Rim Expedition Two-Five-Two, a group of Republic Pathfinders operating circa 382 BBY. During an expedition to the planet Gloam, the team suffered a betrayal, leaving only its leader, Jedi Master Rok Buran, alive. From the wreckage of the Foundling, the expedition's starship, Buran managed to recover EX-8C. He then dispatched the damaged droid with an urgent plea for assistance. While en route, EX-8C sustained additional damage from an asteroid storm until Amos Tillian and Kam, Galactic Republic communications engineers collaborating with Master Silandra Sho's Pathfinder team, discovered it.
